Do you build custom homes?

We are a very experienced custom home builder. We take your design, no matter how complete, and work with our consultants to finalize your plans into a set of construction documents that are ready for building permit application. From there, you can sit back and watch your dream home come to life.

Who manages the work on site?

We work extremely closely with our trusted subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure that all your design specifications are achieved. We do this by maintaining a regular on-site presence because we also are the framers on your project. You can trust that we will invest as much energy and effort into the project as you would, if you were managing the project yourself.

What else do you do?

We also specialize in renovations, additions, carriage homes and remodelling. As well as framing the house, we construct formwork, interior trim, painting, flooring, landscaping, fencing and more.

Do you convert basement suites?

Yes, in addition to new construction, we can renovate existing homes allowing homeowners to maximize the value and space of their property. We will assess and analyze your home to ensure that all municipality and code requirements are met while adding a revenue generating rental suite to your current home.
